Simply knowing that you have everything possible ready ahead of time can be a lot of help when you are trying to keep calm on relaxed on your test day. Since each vehicle will drive a little differently, the first thing you should do is practice as much as you can in the vehicle that you plan on taking the test with.
While you are practicing it can be a good idea to have your passenger “grade” you on your driving so that you get used to the feeling of someone watching you. Since most tests generally do not stray too far from the building that you will start from, practice driving around that area if possible so you know what you are likely to come across.
The day before your test you should check your car to make sure that the horn, windshield wipers, lights, and blinkers are all working properly or this alone can disqualify you. Also, make sure that you know how to use all of these things without having to search for them while you are driving.
Adjust the different mirrors and your seat so that it will be all set for the next day and also pack up the documents that you will need. You will need to show your learner’s permit as well as proof of insurance and the registration papers on the vehicle you are taking the test in.
